Terms and Conditions

The video and image conversion service is provided under the following terms and conditions.

Agreement is between DVD Transfer Ltd, herein know as Freshcut DVD and You.

In providing my pictures, images, video tape, film, music and other electronic media for copying I understand and agree that my media will be handled by Freshcut DVD for the specified services.

No representations are made as to the ability to render such services or to the quality of the end product. However, no charges will be assessed if we are unable to obtain a reasonably acceptable end product.

In consideration of this undertaking, you agree to release Freshcut DVD of any and all claims, demands, suits or other proceedings concerning the results of the services rendered.

It is also understood that these materials are not copyrighted materials and thus Freshcut DVD are not subject to any copyright infringement claim made with respect to the duplication of this media.

Further, if such claim arises by any third party, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Freshcut DVD for any such claims or resulting action.
